1. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY OF ORDER?

The minimum quantity for any one design depends on the product category and will vary from 100 to 500 pieces Per design.

2. WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR COMPLETION OF ORDERS?

The normal lead time for orders depend on the intricacy of the selected design, quantum of the order and may vary from 40 to 90 days from the date of order confirmation.

3. WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME OF RESPONSE TO ENQUIRIES?

The standard turn around time to respond to all enquiries from buyers is between 2 to 24 hours depending upon the difference in world time zone. Every care is taken to attend all enquiries promptly and personally.

4. WHAT IS THE SAMPLING POLICY OF THE COMPANY?

Buyers can request specific samples for evaluation, market survey and scrutiny free of cost, however, they must pay the courier charges on delivery to the Courier Company.

5. WHAT KIND OF PRICES ARE OFFERED?

We have a five stage Quality Assurance Management System which ensures monitoring, detecting, discarding and approving from the stage of:

• procurement of basic raw materials
• processing of raw materials
• mid-production checks
• assembly line checks
• pre-packing inspection. Finally, each individual product is thoroughly checked in-house by competent Quality Controllers to ensure that not one inferior product is ever shipped out.

Normally, we do not accept orders below our minimum quantity slab; however, if a small business wants to place a trial order, such a request can be considered provided a comprehensive business plan is submitted as to how you intend to consolidate and grow your market share over short and long term periods. Either place order from the pre available stock.
